These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Nibbit Hotel (the “Service”), operated by 66 Entertainment, a company based in the Netherlands (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirement

By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to accept these Terms. 3. Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3.2 Account Limits (Maximum Two Accounts)

Each person may have a maximum of two (2) accounts. We may use IP address checks and other methods to enforce this limitation. Attempts to bypass account limits may result in action including suspension or termination.

3.3 No Account Sharing

Account sharing is not permitted. You may not sell, transfer, lend, or share your account or credentials with any other person. You are responsible for any consequences that result from unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 Inactive Accounts

We do not delete accounts solely due to inactivity. However, we may still take action as needed for security, legal compliance, or Service integrity.

4. Rules of Conduct

You agree to follow all rules, guidelines, and instructions provided within the Service (including in-game rules, community rules, and announcements). You must not engage in or promote any of the following:

• Hate, harassment, racism, discrimination, or targeted abuse.
• NSFW / sexual content, sexual solicitation, or any content involving minors in a sexual context.
• Hacking, DDoS, exploitation, reverse engineering, cheating, botting, or attempting to bypass security measures.
• Impersonation of staff, other users, or any entity; misleading identity or authority claims.
• Scamming, phishing, fraud, social engineering, or attempts to obtain credentials or personal information.
• Sharing malware, malicious links, or instructions to compromise accounts, systems, or networks.
• Any unlawful activity or conduct that we reasonably believe threatens user safety or the integrity of the Service.

5. Moderation, Enforcement, and Appeals

5.1 Enforcement

We may enforce rules at our discretion to protect the community and the Service. Actions may include warnings, mutes, temporary bans, permanent bans, content removal, item resets/removals, feature restrictions, or account termination.

5.2 Penalty Structure

Penalties generally follow a Warning → Temporary Ban → Permanent Ban approach, but serious violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without prior warning.

You may submit an appeal by contacting [email protected]. Appeals are reviewed at our discretion. We are not obligated to reverse any decision. Abuse of the appeal process may result in additional restrictions.

6. Virtual Items, Virtual Currency, and Purchases

6.1 Virtual Currencies

The Service may include virtual currencies such as Credits, Duckets, Diamonds, Bel-Credits, Event Points, and Seasonal currencies (collectively “Virtual Currency”).

6.2 No Real-World Value

Virtual Currency and virtual items have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for real money, and are provided solely for entertainment within the Service.

6.3 Purchases Are Final

Where allowed, Virtual Currency and/or benefits may be purchased using real money. All purchases are final and non-refundable, including (without limitation) because Virtual Currency and items may be used immediately upon purchase. We may, at our sole discretion, remedy verified technical errors.

6.4 Ownership

You acknowledge and agree that all accounts, Virtual Currency, virtual items, and all in-game content remain the property of 66 Entertainment. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use them within the Service, subject to these Terms.

6.5 Resets, Removal, and Balance Changes

We may modify, remove, reset, or rebalance Virtual Currency, items, inventories, or features at any time for any reason, including moderation, bug fixes, fraud prevention, economic balancing, or Service changes.

7. User-Generated Content (UGC)

7.1 What Users Can Do

Users may create rooms, chat, write messages, and host community events. Staff-only events are reserved for staff members and may not be represented as official staff events by non-staff users.

7.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any content you create, post, or share through the Service. You must ensure your content does not violate these Terms or any applicable law.

7.3 License to Use Your Content

By submitting content through the Service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, display, and use such content for operating, moderating, improving, and promoting the Service.

7.4 Removal and Modification

We may remove, modify, restrict, or disable access to any content at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including moderation, safety, legal compliance, or Service integrity.

8. Availability, Changes, and Termination

8.1 No Uptime Guarantee

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the Service will always be accessible.

8.2 Changes to the Service

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including features, items, currencies, events, moderation systems, or gameplay mechanics.

8.3 Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, harmed other users, or threatened the integrity of the Service.

9. Security and Exploits

Attempting to exploit, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service is strictly prohibited. Any discovered vulnerabilities should be reported responsibly to [email protected]. Abuse, disclosure, or use of exploits may result in permanent bans and may be reported to relevant authorities where appropriate.

10. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 66 Entertainment shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount you paid to us (if any) in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the competent courts in the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on our website. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
