1. Respect & Behavior

• Treat all users with respect.
• Harassment, bullying, threats, or targeted abuse are not allowed.
• Racism, discrimination, hate speech, or slurs of any kind are strictly prohibited.
• Encouraging self-harm, violence, or illegal activity is forbidden.

2. Sexual & NSFW Content

• No sexual or NSFW content is allowed.
• This includes sexual language, roleplay, gestures, room names, or descriptions.
• Any sexual content involving minors results in an immediate permanent ban.
• Dating talk must remain appropriate and non-explicit.

3. Account Rules

• You may own a maximum of two (2) accounts.
• Account sharing is not allowed.
• You are responsible for everything that happens on your account.
• Selling, trading, or giving away accounts is prohibited.

4. Scamming, Phishing & Fraud

• Scamming users out of items, currency, or accounts is strictly forbidden.
• Phishing links, fake giveaways, or impersonating staff to trick users is not allowed.
• Any attempt to steal personal data or login details will result in a permanent ban.

5. Hacking, Exploits & Cheating

• Using exploits, cheats, bots, scripts, or modified clients is forbidden.
• Attempting to bypass security systems, moderation tools, or game limits is not allowed.
• DDoS threats, attacks, or jokes about them are treated as serious violations.
• If you find a bug or exploit, you must report it and not abuse it.

6. Impersonation

• Impersonating staff members, management, or other users is forbidden.
• Using misleading usernames, looks, or badges to appear as staff is not allowed.
• Fake “official” events or announcements are prohibited.

7. Chat & Language

• Spamming, flooding, or excessive caps-lock is not allowed.
• Advertising other hotels, Discord servers, or websites is prohibited.
• Bypassing the chat filter intentionally may result in punishment.

8. Rooms & Events

• Room names, descriptions, and layouts must follow all rules.
• Users may host events, but staff-only events may not be imitated.
• Fake prize events or misleading rewards are not allowed.

9. Virtual Items & Currency

• All items and virtual currencies remain the property of Nibbit Hotel.
• Staff may remove, reset, or adjust items and balances at any time.
• Real-money trades outside official systems are forbidden.

10. Staff Authority

• Staff decisions must be respected.
• Abusing, threatening, or harassing staff members is not allowed.
• Staff may act without warning when necessary to protect the community.

11. Punishments

Punishments depend on severity and may include:

• Warnings
• Mutes
• Temporary bans
• Permanent bans

Serious violations may result in an immediate permanent ban without prior warning.

12. Appeals

If you believe a punishment was unfair, you may submit an appeal via [email protected]. Appeals are reviewed at staff discretion. Abuse of the appeal system may result in denial.
